Great Picture Books for Younger Readers

This list of recommended picture books is truly a “people’s choice” list. I have pulled from my own personal favorites from 20 years of reading aloud in the schools, and I have asked children, parents, teachers, and children’s librarians to send me their favorites. The result is the best of the best.

After you’ve looked over this list, I’d love to hear about your own favorites. Send me a note through the contact form. Enjoy!
