Arresting the Stone Buddha

On young Kenji's first solo trip to market, he stops to rest by a wayside shrine. Unfortunately, when he wakes up, his families cotton goods are gone! The local judge, Mr. O-oka finds the case easily solved - it was the stone Buddha that stole Kenji's goods. But that is only the first step in his clever plan to catch the real thief.
