Story Summary
After leaving England to marry an Australian farmer, Timmie's Mum stopped celebrating Christmas since it now fell in the middle of summer. But Christmas returns to Mooltana when the town doctor decides to throw a Christmas party for the local children and Timmie spends his long saved money to buy back his Mum's favorite mare that they had to sell during hard times.
