Story Summary
From the first day she meets her new neighbor, Mona is conviced that Mrs. Duck is dangerously evil. Children in the neighborhood are disappearing, and the parents don't even remember that they ever had any children. Unfortunately no one believes Mona, so it is up to her to save her baby sister from the same fate.
