Story Summary
When the dragon caves flooded, all the dragons moved to Crumbling Castle forcing the castles inhabitants to move. But Ralph, emissary to King Arthur, came up with a plan - build new caves with hot and cold running water and the dragons would be tickled to vacate Crumbling Castle.
