Dulcinea

Excerpted from Lloyd Alexander's Time Cat, this is a nice tale about Gareth, young Jason's cat, who explains to Jason that he does not have nine lives but can travel to nine different places, anywhere, anytime. This trip finds them in the Isle of Man in 1588 AD where Dulcinea and her five kittens have just been washed ashore, the sole survivors of a a shipwreck.
