Even-Steven

An old prospector, after escaping from the debt farm, returns to his old claim only to find his cabin occupied by a runaway orphan. But soon they join forces against the man who falsely claims he owns the cabin and the gold claim. Trouble is, there is no gold until the boy's pet pack rat, Even-Steven, starts trading gold nuggets for scraps of food.
