How the Days Got in Order

Princess Amy, of the Kingdom of Trapezia, wondered what the expression "As nice as a month of Mondays" meant. To find out, she went to the Royal Rememberer who recounted for her how the days in the time of beginning, were without order and only gradually became the repeating sequence we know as the "week."
