Story Summary
It's July 1916 in Courcelette, France and Jake York's men are trapped by German machine gun fire. Mark Lipton, the gentle giant that handles the pigeons, has released three of the four pigeons trying to get a message to headquarters but each in turn has been intercepted. Now it is up to Mark's favorite, Little Abigail to get through with a message of help.
