Off the Rack

Despite slow business, the owner of a used clothing shop gives a winter coat to a homeless man during a winter storm. In exchange he gives her a clothes hanger from which, the next morning and each morning thereafter for a year and a day, hangs a beautiful article of clothing helping her business to go from red to black.
