Please Come Home, My Lady

When James Street wrote his most famous story, "Weep No More, My Lady", he ended it by having the main character honor bound to give up his dog to its rightful owner. His readers were so upset that the boy lost his dog, that he had to write "Please Come Home, My Lady" to reunite the boy and his beloved dog.
