Stickeen

When John Muir sets out one morning in 1880 to explore the glacier above Taylor Bay, Alaska, he is followed by the small but intrepid camp dog, Stickeen. Stickeen had never developed an attachment to anyone until their harrowing day on the glacier when he and John Muir became inseparable companions after an unimaginable close call.
