The Baker's Beard

Yossel the Baker was the wisest man in the village and everyone thought his wisdom came from his long beard. Tired of the endless stupid questions that prevented him from doing anything else, he secretly cut his beard so that people would think him a fool and he could get on with helping the people who really needed help.
