The Black Dress

Selina's mom wasn't very fond of the ancient dress Selina had purchased at the jumble sale. But Selina liked it and went walking down by the pier and the old boarded up ballroom. Only she found it was no longer boarded up but beautifully restored by the Town Council, or so she thought. After dancing away the entire evening with a wonderful young man among a crowd dressed in old fashioned style, she left only to turn and find the ballroom dilapidated and boarded up and an old man on a bench with a scar just like her young companion.
