The Cormorants and the Pirate King

Having sprained her ankle, Matsue is lying in a bamboo grove by the river waiting for her brother, Toshio, to bring help. When she hears men's voices she is sure that it is a band of river pirates. Fortunately, it turns out to be kindly Cormorant fishermen enlisted by her brother to help bring her home. A nice introduction to the traditional Japanese style of fishing using trained Cormorants.
