Story Summary
Old Davis is the best dog trainer in Wincey's End but he is going blind and this is his last chance to win the sheepdog trials. His old dog, sensing his master's fear, runs the coarse nearly perfectly with only minor hand-signals from Jo Davis, taking first place to the deafening applause for her and Old Jo Davis.
