Where the Elephants Dance

It's rare that an author can carry on the story-line of an earlier classic but Pamela Jekel has succeeded admirably in her continuation of the adventures of Mowgli, Bagheera and Baloo. Is this chapter Mowgli continues his education when he accompanies Hathi, the Lord of the Elephants on a trek to the elephants' dying grounds and witnesses the final dance.
