Guess Who's Coming to Dinner?

Since their pickup quit, young Ray and Grampa Halfmoon can't make it to the family gathering in Oklahoma for Christmas, but they are content to feed the neighbors' various pets and have a nice Christmas dinner. That is until all the lights in the neighborhood go out and they spend the evening bringing all the pets to their house. With a fire in the fireplace, a bag of marshmallows, a ferret and her kits, a parrot, a tarantula, a dog, and a turtle for company , it turns out to be a pretty special Christmas after all.
