Story Summary
Grampa Halfmoon is feeling homesick so his grandson, Ray, decides to take his savings and buy a pair of Seminole moccasins from the local antique store. But when Ray gets there a teacher has just purchased them for a display at school. Ray explains his problem, the teacher grins and a week later Grampa Halfmoon has his moccasins and in the display case at school are Ray's hightops with neon orange laces and a tag that reads "Traded from Ray Halfmoon, Cherokee-Seminole Hightops, Not Indian Made, but Indian Worn (Guaranteed)".
