Lily and the Darters

Lily approaches the Ancient Master to gain admittance to his all boys school for herself and her sisters. To prove that she is smart enough she must catch "darters" from the air above the pond which no boy has ever accomplished. The Master assures her a seat for every darter that she captures. To his surprise she presents him with enough darters to take every seat in the school. But Lily only requests that in the future he open his school to the smartest children, boy or girl.
