Story Summary
Young Randy Mason is a rider for the Pony Express. After he foils a hold-up, his injuries prevent him from riding, so his little twelve-year-old sister, Sally, must ride the final two hours to Placerville, surprising the men at the Pony Express office. "Ye done all right fer a gal!" he shouted back to her. "Ridin' fer the Pony Express."
