Story Summary
In the early months of 1777 British troops invaded Connecticut setting fire to rebel ammunition and houses in Danbury. Unfortunately patriot soldiers were home on a two day leave for planting Spring crops. "Tarnation Sybil!" is the story, based on a true story, of sixteen year old Sybil Ludington's heroic ride to muster her fathers soldiers.
