The Wind Between the Stars

Phoebe's Granny told Phoebe that the wind was blowing from between the stars and three times around the world then back to the stars if anybody wanted to go with it. But Phoebe had to wait a lifetime until she was gray with time before she was able to ride the wind from between the stars.
