Pippi and the Apocalypse

It's been years since the nuclear winter and the same number of years that the people had not left the enclave. Windows were boarded and Pippi was told that the apocalypse was outside. But when Pippi sneaks a look through the cracks, she discovers a creature that long ago might have been called a horse. Torn between duty and curiosity, Pippi can't decide if she should go with her new friend, Apocalypse.
